Can I bring an existing WordPress site?

Yes. Launch a fresh instance, then migrate with a backup plugin or ask support to import a full backup. Staging on Growth and Scale makes the cutover safer.

Do I need a domain to start?

No. Launch on a SofterClouds address, or use a domain you already own. For your own domain, point the nameservers to ns1–ns4.stackdns.com after launch so SSL can issue.

What is included besides hosting?

Free SSL, daily backups, a CDN, object cache, automatic core updates, and a security baseline. Growth adds staging. Scale adds priority support and an SLA.

Can I cancel?

Plans are month-to-month. Export your site at any time. We retain backups for a short window after cancellation so you can recover if needed.
